EVA Granulation line Description：
1.The production line is composed of mixing,bucket converyor,feeder,extruder,palletizer with head-cut methods,featuring high automation and capacity.It is characterized by compact construction.
2.The machine occupies less space and floor area and is installed in foundation.
3.The kneader,feeder and extruder of the pelletizing machine have their own heating and cooling system respectively,which can perform closed-circuit temperature control themselves according to the requirement of the special technology in producing.
4.Feeding mechanism is of tapered twin screws in design and has a strong feeding capacity.It is specially used for mixing materials directly through the mixer to extrude in pelletizing.
5.Cylinder ans extruder screw made of high quality alloy steel-38CrMoAIA are treated with nitrogen fixation,featuring hardness and,wear-resistant and corrosion.
6.An automatic or manual screen changer between the extrusion screw and head can higher efficiency in the replacement of the screens while the line is running without stop.
7.Electrical system with PLC control technique composed of transformers make the feeder and extruder,pelletizing machine work with high precison according to the technological requirement in a great ranage of stepless speed regulation. The line can interlock,alarm with light and voice. It can do it reliably and perfectly.
TPR Granulation line Description：

This granulation line is suitable for the EVA or TPR or PVC, master batch, elastomer, filler, pelletizing plant. When working with the dispersion kneader, they form a complete assembly line, which consists of mixing &plasticizing, extrusion, granulizing, cooling, filtration and packing. This line utilizes air cooled die face hot-cutting technique on the production structure design. In order to keep away from the typical characteristic of material that it is prone to foaming if the temperature is not stable, we add the water circulation cooling system on the basis of the heating equipment of the machine barrel, screw and the machine head of the mainframe. By using the temperature detecting circuit which is sensitive, we can precisely control the extruder temperature and avoid foaming and color difference of EVA material in extruding process, which make the finished products homogeneous in appearance with good quality. The machineries use frequency conversion technique to save energy and to control output. With the virtue of working stable, high efficiency and small working space, this granule line is widely used in EVA or TPR shoe industry and also in other industries.
PVC Granulation line Description：
PVC granulation line is mainly used to recycling the waste PVC material.
The machine consists of extruder assorting with relative granulating auxiliary machine.It can fine plasticizing,high productive efficiency ,impact construction in the whole machine and high automatization.
PE Granulation line Description：
PEfilm recycling and granulation line is appliaction for PE film,PP film,PA,also suitable for PET chemical fiber(Filament,Spun) etc.
The granulation method can be water ring die face cutter,or strand cutter system.Usually PA,PET chemical material is adopt strand cutter system.
